rain boots
does anyone have tretorn boots? how are they? I just got my kids rain boots because I had a credit from rule la la and they did not have rain boots. I am now realizing I don't and have never owned rain boots. Is this something I actually need. It does annoy me when it is raining and my shoes get wet...

I don't know about that brand but I have hunter boots and they are great. Expensive but worth it. I walked through two feet of water in them with no probs

I had tretorn rain boots last year--I loved them initially, they fit great, but they started to leak after only a few months.

My kids don't but I just bought myself a pair!  I actually thought the same as you, I never had them, so why would I need them? But Hunter had these really cute wedge ones and I figured I would use them for years to come.
Now maybe I should buy my kids some...

I have hunter wellies. I bought them about 4 years ago and live in them in the winter.
They are great for rain, snow and I wear them for things like pumpkin picking.

I am considering buying Hunter boots in place of my very worn out Uggs for this winter...would you recommend them? Are they comfortable? (I'm guessing yes since you've worn yours for 4 years lol)
I had a pair of rain boots form J Crew - they were so nice but they turned out to be insanely uncomfortable. That's why I'm weary to buy Hunter ones.
