When I was younger, no. Now, I always wash them first. It skeeves me out.

Normally I do.
The only time I don't is if they are packaged in such a way that they could not have been tried on. People are weird...

Definitely! I try to wash all my clothing before washing, doesn't always happen though. Underwear is no exception.
