Has anyone cruised with a child with an epi pen?
I have the epi pen in the box with the pharmacy sticker on it - but do I need a doctor's note or script?

I would just in case. Prob not necessary since you may be the person who would administer, if needed.
- for school or camp, it was mandatory for me to get all that info. Esp if I wasnt there to give the meds.
