Glad you had a better experience the 2nd time around! I sat in the first section (not on the floor) at the Coliseum. I thought the show was amazing, but I obviously didn't have the same problems you had. It's great how they responded & tried to make up for it.

What a great 2nd update--I am so glad they really made it up to you, says a lot about Brit and her crew! Happy to hear it turned out good afterall and that nothing worse happened the first time around
