Update on Me - 27 Weeks!
I had another GOOD Dr. appointment last night!
I took my GD test, but I won't have results until early next week.
Everything was great!!!! All measurements are stable, no contractions on the monitor, babies are great, no new dilation. Sono went well too and they checked the blood flow of the umbilical cords for both babies, which was great.
The procardia is working, doing a great job of keeping me from having contractions. 
Bed Rest has been hard, but its 10000000% worth it, and I'm feeling encouraged since everything has remained stable.
Dr. said that I don't have to come in for a full appointment next week, just for my progesterone shot. As long as all stays quiet I should be able to stay home on bed rest another two weeks!!!
If I can make it to 30 weeks (3 more weeks), we will will discuss the possibility of allowing me to do more. I definitely don't want to push it at all and would never do anything without Dr. permission but it would be nice to register for a layette and order furniture before they get here.
I am soooooooooo happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So glad to hear. Bed rest is awful, so even if you can just get up for a little while, go to the store, come back home...just to get out a bit!
But, as I'm sure you probably know, the best thing is to be on bed rest whenever you're home and not busy...even if you're just watching TV, doesn't hurt to lay down instead of sit! And its a great excuse to have your DH do everything 
Sounds like a great appointment and I'm so happy for you! We were all worried there for a while, sounds like you're heading in the right direction!!!!

Thanks so much everyone for your support, thoughts, prayers and encouragement!!!!!!!!!!
Nothing is more important to me right now than keeping these little guys cooking as long as possible. The more time I can keep them inside, the better it will be for all of us.
DH has been an absolute saint and I am so lucky to have married him. He has done absolutely everything possible to make this easier on me. He even packs a cooler for me every morning with drinks, snacks and a sandwich for lunch.
