When that happened to me, I would just wait until the next day.

Re: If you throw up your prenatal due to morning sickness..

Two tips: Try to take it right after you eat something. Or take it before you go to bed.

With DS, I would throw it up alot. I actually bought chewable ones, when I just couldn't tolerate a prenatal that day. I would wait before you go to bed and try again.

Exactly. And if you're still having a hard time keeping them down, try to at least take the DHA.

THis is what I did when they made me sick. I figured I had less chance of throwing up if I was sleeping!

Just wait to take it the next day. If your MS is bad then try to take the prenatal at night.

I ended up doing this last week and it was the best decision I made. I was losing track of when the pills were staying down vs coming up. Sometimes I felt that just swallowing them was what got me nauseaus.

If you took the pill and threw up right after, I would take another one. If it was hours after you took the pill I would wait for the next day.

First time around I would just try it again the next day.

With my second pregnancy I couldn't keep them down at all. Tried Flinstones and extra Folic Acid and sometimes I could keep them down.
