BF in Hospital
What did/do you wear in the hospital to breast feed?
I will have to buy a new PJ top so what will you girls be using?
Also, do you stay in your PJ's all day, or do you bring clothes to change into, then change into PJ's to go to sleep at night?

Re: BF in Hospital
Nothing, I wore my hospital gown the whole time with both pgs. But if you want to change than maybe get a nursing tank. That's what I wear to sleep now still since DS still feeds throughout the night.

I wore nursing gowns. Stayed in them all day, just put a clean one after after my morning showers. Had a robe too to wonder the halls in!

Re: BF in Hospital
I wore PJ's all day but they were more like coordinating tops and bottoms. I also wore one of those sleep bras things that you can easily move to the side for boob access. I needed some support for the girls. One of the tops you could move over to nurse and the other I just lifted up.

Re: BF in Hospital
DD was born at 1030pm, so by the time I got to my postpartum room it was like almost 2am. I stayed in the hospital gown that night.
WHen DH got there the next morning he helped me get up and shower and I changed into fleece pants and a nursing tank. I stayed in that pretty much the whole day and slept in it at night. Changed/showered again the next morning into another fleece pants and nursing tank.

Re: BF in Hospital
I brought nursing pajamas and wore them all day. well, I should say they were regular bigger pjs just with a nursing tank underneath or just sports bra.

Re: BF in Hospital
My milk came in quick(12hrs later), so my bra didnt fit. I wore a tight tank top under my pjs. I didn't think is need my nursing bra so quickly.

Re: BF in Hospital
DD was born at 11:58pm so we only had like 36 hours at the hospital...I wore the hospital gown the first night...was so tired couldn't even think about changing...the next day i put on nursing bra, yoga pants and a tank top and just stayed in that for like 24 hours until we went home...the stay went by so fast...
