i've been eating cold cut sandwiches all throughout this pregnancy and i'm fine. You'll be fine. Subway has a high turnover rate and as long as the place is clean everything in moderation is ok.

 i ate subway minimum 2x per week when i was pregnant  
oh and i ate sushi too
