I have one of my best friend's wedding to go to in St Louis at the end of May. DH and I booked round trip airfaire from NYC to STL in JANUARY!

Two days ago I checked the website to see whether we qualified for their price guarantee and noticed that our flight TO STL was GONE! Our trip was just appearing as a one-way flight from STL to NYC even though I had the confirmation email from January that said round trip.

After over 2 hours on the phone with them I was finally escalated to a manager who told me she put us on another flight and that I would get a confirmation email within 24 hours. Never got the email which resulted in another hour long call.

Still hadn't gotten the email as of this morning so I had to call AGAIN. Finally got the email only to find out that DH and I have two window seats 4 rows apart. I specifically booked an aisle before because I'm preggo. I am so furious!
