when we were ttc ds we told everyone and ended up stressing me out in the long run when it wasn't happening right away.. now this time around I tried not to tell anyone but now i'm getting the "time to have another one" comments so I let it out again..

I told everyone we were because they were all asking WHEN.

I felt like the world knew when I got BFNs month after month. I hated sharing that with my close friends and family but they would constantly ask me.

Next time around, Im not telling a soul!

crashing - not TTC at the moment but going to start again in June (DD #1 will be a year old then).
We didn't tell anyone with DD #1 that we were TTC and we don't plan to our 2nd time around.
It's such a private and personal thing for me and besides...when we announce we are expecting I sorta like it to be a surprise.

For the last 1 1/2 years since our wedding, DH & I have been telling everyone who asks about a baby that we are on a 5 year plan.

We're pretty sure our plans have changed & we will probably be trying sooner than that.

But we dont plan on telling anyone that. We will stick to our "5 year plan" story.

I told everyone that we were TTC and it was the worst mistake ever. If I could go back in time I would tell no one!! MIL even made me feel worse about it...when we got our BFP she made comments that it wouldnt be a surprise to people because i told everyone we were trying...ugh B!tch

I didn't tell many people I have been TTC and it kills me everytime someone else asks when we are going to have kids!

We aren't even TTC until at least December but I said to DH the other day that I don't really want to tell anyone that, and he said he already told his sister and mom! He and his family share EVERYTHING and I am well aware of this, but That kinda made me mad. I've been getting "when are you having babies" comments since my bridal shower and I can't even visit his family w/o "would you guys have kids already" or "Dan needs a baby... would you get on it?" UGH so rude and annoying.

Sorry I vented there but to answer your question apparently DH is ALREADY telling ppl but I told him to zip it and I really don't want to tell anyone else until I'm actually pregnant!
