Back pain...

PrincessP Big sister!!!!!!!!!! Member since 12/05 17450 total posts Name:	Back pain... How do you deal? Totally my fault. Gained 40 with last pregnancy and only took off 20. My back is killing me at only 14 weeks. I cant imagine whats to come.

Posted by Champ I have found that if I keep my core muscles as strong as I can. my back does not hurt as much. So I have been walking everyday I agree. Up until 12 weeks I was still doing ab and back workouts. After I made sure I continued to exercise doing cardio and light weights for my arms and legs. I have not experienced any back pain what so ever during this pregnancy. I think the main reason was because I kept my core so strong.

Beachlover OMG! My boys are 2! Member since 11/10 1451 total posts Name: M	Re: Back pain... Since I can't excercise because my cervix might open, I find that laying down / resting on my left side for 1 hr. helps me quite a bit. A hot compress helps too!
