In all seriousness, flying at that stage of pregnancy should be just fine. I would just call my OB to let them know.

The royal wedding?????? I can't even wait to watch it on TV and u have a chance to go? don't hesitate for even a second!!!! Besides 23 weeks should be a pretty comfortable state. Enjoy every minute and bring us back juicy pictures!

absolutely! I flew at 29 weeks and it was totally fine. Just drink a lot of water and get up and walk around from time to time (which you will have to do anyway if you drink a lot of water :))
