I just had my DS Baptism dinner at the Sly Fox Inn and it was really nice and very affordable. We've had bunch and dinner there and the food was always good. I had a dinner buffet, on a Sat. night, and paid $22/pp, includes coffee, tea and soda. We ran a separate bill for liquor b/c most of the family do not drink. We also got our own cake. Another place that is affordable is Tequila Sunrise in Bayside, I believe it was $18.95 pp for a Sunday Brunch. HTH Good Luck

I've looked mostly in Howard Beach, Middle Village, Maspeth area. Maybe try Donovan's. I went to a surprise party there in Sept. and the food was good.

Re: restaurant location in queens for party?...
I'm looking for a restaurant in the same area for my sons christening in June and I havent found anything under $50 to be honest with you, it's crazy what they charge.
I think the lowest price I found was $34pp at Primo Amore on Francis Lewis Blvd. next to Powerhouse Gym. I've never been there though, but hear they have a party room, that price doesnt include tax and tip though.
I'm trying to get a place that can hold 60 people for $50 per person and it's becoming a job to find that. Good Luck.
