My DS is lactose sensitive. He can have regular dairy foods but, he can't have large portions of them before dinner (he can have pizza with cheese - but, not yogurt).

We give Kaydyn Lactaid milk so that we are able to give her other dairy. If she had regular milk and other dairy products she would get really gassy, get stomach pains, and get horrible diaper rashes.
We still limit the amount of dairy she has each day to 1 maybe 2 servings. She can eat yogurt, ice cream, cheese...just not to much or her stomach gets messed up.
