Lactose Intolerant People
I found Lactaid American Cheese at Pathmark and it is so good - tastes like regular cheese. This is the first time I found Lactaid cheese ever! It is not on Lactaids website, I wonder if it is new. Anyway I just thought I'd let all yu lactose intolerant people know to look out for it.

How do you truly know if you are lactose intolerant?? I asked the doctor that did my colonoscopy and they just handled me a pamplet that made no sense... something about a breathing test?? Did you guys take this?

Its a 4-6 hour test. You drink a 2-4 oz cup of stuff and over the course of the 4-6 hours you breathe into a bag so they can figure out how your body processes the liquid (I think that's how it works) I had it done a few months ago.
