Any mall (Claire's or Piercing Pagoda).
If you are near Massapequa, I took my older DD to Piercing Pagoda at Sunrise Mall (the location closer to Sears, not the one by Macy's).. They are quick and great!

this is where DD got her ears pierced. she was 9 mths old. we had no issues at all. They are in most malls.
