Not yet - its something i've thought about often though.
I mainly want a living will (which if i understand correctly is something that expresses my wishes on what i do or don't want done if i'm in an accident and someone needs to make medical decisions about me)
I don't have much in the way of assets, other than our house. All my 410K and life insurance $$ is already allocated to DH or to go to my mom if he's not around
