Serious nap help needed....
We just started nightime CIO 2 nights ago with my two boys. Both nights they cried for 1 hour to the minute and then fell asleep. They wake frequently and I let them CIO again until 7am when its time to wake up.
For naps I have still been rocking them to sleep with their pacifies and placing them in their swings. I should mention that they are NOT good nappers! 30 minutes at most and only when in the swing. 10 minutes if in the crib.
Should I use CIO for naps as well? How long should I let them cry for a nap? What if they cry for an hour, fall asleep, and wake up 5 minutes later?

how old are they and yes i def would stay consitant if you want them to learn to sleep on there own otherwise your sending mixed messages..

They r 5 months which is young but the ped told me to start now because they were horrible sleepers!
