Holiday card holder
How do you display your holiday cards?
A friend of mine found, at a garage sale, a 'Christmas Tree' that holds cards. It's bout 3'x4' and I love it. But can't find one anywhere... You mount it on the wall.

i want something nice to hold my cards too. have you looked on terrys village or current catalog at all? sometimes they have things like this!

I hang velvet ribbon in my door ways and the cards are stapled to the ribbon to show off everyone's cards and photos through the holiday season.

a few years ago i bought these strings with candy canes on them and behind the candy canes is a clip to hold the card. i got them from PBK

We have a french door with glass panels. I can fit a card on both sides of each pane. When that is filled up, I tape them to another door.

In the past I would tape them up near the front door. This year i bought one from pottery barn. I read reviews..and people keep it up all year round to display cards they get, children's art works, etc. I liked that idea since I never know where to display those things (since our refrig. is stainless steel).

I have Christmas Tree shaped ones that mount on the wall - I bought them from Pier 1.
I wasn't fond of them... The cards just looked weird on them..

Not an exact match yet... it's something that hangs on the wall and lies flush aginst the wall. The bottom part (the trunk of the tree) has a little basket for holding cards but the rest of the tree has the little card/picture holders.
It's about 4 feet tall.
