Do we tip the floor guys?
Finishing our wood floors this week (sanding, stain & poly).. Do we just give exactly what we owe or throw in some extra? If yes, how much.. like $100 extra & they split? Too cheap? Help!
If it affects your answer, we are very happy with the job they did. There are like 4-5 guys and they have been rotating who comes each day

Definitely tip. For 4 guys I'd say anywhere between $50-$100 is good.

I always tip anyone who does ANY work in my home.
I say $100 for 5 guys is fine.
