king's cottage b&b was pretty good. Check out selectregistry.com for ideas. All of the hotels in this group are terrific from what i've seen.

1825 Inn in Palmyra, PA (close to Hershey). 45 min from Lancaster. Great Inn!!

I have NO clue how close it is to Lancaster but the BEST beyond amazing B&B we have ever been to is in New Hope, PA.
The Woolverton Inn
It was absolutely phenomenal. So restful, SO romantic, and beautiful. It was just what we needed -- a recharge! We are COUNTING the days until we can go back.

We stayed at the Swiss Woods B&B in Lititz (in Lancaster county). It was very peaceful and was a short, scenic drive to all the Lancaster attractions and the breakfast was yummy too
