Cafe Formaggio (formerly Cafe Spasso) or Cafe Baci both on OCR are great.

Another vote for both Davenport Press and Seventh Street Cafe.
I think the Davenport Press has been newly renovated fairly recently, too.
We had my parents' 40th anniversary party and will be having my rehearsal dinner at the Seventh Street Cafe. Their party room can accomodate 40 people -- but if you were planning to have a DJ and dance floor, it wouldn't be large enough, I don't think. Otherwise, the party we had there was great, and I thought the prices were reasonable, too.
