Tried Schmitt farm for pumpkin picking this yr instead of WPF
and liked it soooo much better. Not nearly as crowded and much more affordable. Had a really nice day.

That's good to know! I do like White Post, but stopped going because, like you mentioned, very expensive for us, and very crowded!

love schmitt farms. went to school with them. wpf is overratted.
schmitts farm gets mobbed too. i guess the earlier the better.

We take DD1 to Schmitts and will be going back on the 17th. (This time I'll be wearing my boots just so I can do the corn maze...it can get pretty muddy if its rained recently and it was not a fun experience for me last year.)
And I'm very excited that DD1's very first kindergarten school trip is to WPF and I get to chaperone !!!

My two favorites are Schmitt and Colonial. WPF is so expensive, crowded and I feel overrated. Who the hell needs to make pumpkin picking a $100 experience?
