tommee tippee bottles. . . did anyone find the flow too fast?
even with the slowest flow nipple i felt like my baby was choking. i really didnt think this would be the case since everyone has only good things to say about them. did anyone else experience this?
we have switched to Nuk bottles and so far so good.

have you tried Dr. Browns? We use Tommee Tippee, love them! we found that Dr. Browns was too slow  maybe they will be better?

Yes- it was to fast for my DS. At 3 weeks- we switched to Born Free. I was bummed because I heard great things about TT and there were much fewer parts to clean!
We love Born Free and my first DS used Dr Brown's and liked them too.

Yes and we ended up having better luck with NUK and Born Free bottles

I haven't found them to be too, too fast but they are faster than other bottles I have used. DD is 4 months and we are still using level 1 nips.

YES...same exact situation. Was BF'ing for a while until DS was allergic to my milk (go figure). Had to switch to FF and used that bottle first...he had major choking issues. I went to Walmart and tried the Nuk and he is doing really well. We even moved to medium flow at 8.5 weeks. I also have the Playtex drop ins, but haven't tried them.

DD is BF but I use these bottles when I pump. I tried Playtex, Dr. Browns, Nuk, and Born Free...Tomee Tippee variable flow nipples worked the best. She is 4 months now and she has moved up to stage 2.
