Our IKEA Kitchen (almost finished!)
DH and I just finished gutting our entire house, needless to say we needed to budget where we could. DH assembled and installed all cabinets (first timer, and he said it wasn't nearly as bad as he thought it would be!) I was apprehensive about IKEA cabinets but after a lot of research (they are highly rated) we decided to buy from there during their 20% off sale...
Granite we bought from All Granite and Marble Corp (WORTH the drive to Jersey) I think we paid $38.00 a ft and it came out to $2600-ish. DH installed the backsplash using glass HD tile ($500) and we bought the floor tile from Procida Tile ($800-ish)

LOOKS AWESOME!
We have Ikea cabinets, they are about 4 years old now and still going strong. They are in fact highly rated, have a lot of cool features that come standard like the soft close drawers. They look great, and have a great warranty. Cant beat it for the price! You made a fantastic call to go with Ikea, I think!!!!!!
Its looks really good!

I love your double oven!
We just bought an IKEA bath vanity and it was super easy to put together, seems really sturdy and I love the no slam drawer!
