My money is on Mer and Derek. They were never officially married so I think they are going to make it legal in light of what happened. I am soooooooooooo excited for it to come back on!!!

Oh! Never thought of that as an option. But I remember SR said in an interview once that MerDer would never have a traditional wedding as that just isn't them....then again, she also said that they wouldn't have a baby and that is obviously not the case anymore. Out of the ones listed in the article though, I think the most likely couple to get married is Callie/Arizona
