King Quality vent
We had them a 2 other companies out to give us estimates on replacement windows.
I told them all, if we choose you I will call you.
We didn't choose K.Q.
He has called me 2 times and left me a message today. Saying "we're placing the order for windows, so I'll have someone in the order dept call you to set up an appointment to measure"
I called him back and told him "we didn't choose you so please do not have anyone call me to come out and measure".
He asked "why not us and who did you go with".
I told him "It doesn't matter. We just decided to go with someone else. That is why I told you I would call YOU if we choose you".
He than says "so you just wasted our time" 
I just said "Oh OK". And hung up.
Seriously! Give me a break. It's called an estimate! Sorry not all estimates work out to orders. Ugh he made me so mad!

I didn't like them at all. They would only come when both DH and I were here and then they only talked to or answered DH, meanwhile he can barely tell you the difference between a hammer and a screwdriver, I'm the one who makes all of the home improvement decisions.

yep same issue we had, they didn't like dealing with me even though i am the one that makes all the decisions on work on the house. I just inform hubby of what it will cost and what we are getting and who i think is the best company.

Although he was over an hour late for the estimate, he was a nice guy.
So I was kind of surprised by the way he acted on the phone.
I'm sure he's over it by now

I had one of their sales people tell us that our house would probably catch fire if we didn't go with them (making the suggestion that the competitor's work was shabby). They S U C K!

We ended up using them, but I wish we hadn't. I thought they were terrible, over -priced, screwed up our contract, etc. I wish I would have had more estimates.

We used them for our siding. Your guy sounds exactly like our guy. The crew that did our siding was awesome! Which I'm glad cause after giving them the go ahead I had second thoughts because of the sales guy

They had an ad in the paper a few years back with a set price for siding on a house of a certain size or less. We had them come for an estimate, our house was smaller than the ad and the price was almost double I was like WHAT? and they gave me the run around. Needless to say we did not choose them

We had the opposite situation.
They guy came out to give us an estimate. He said he would get back to us within a week.
Nothing.
2 weeks....nothing
3 weeks, we give them a call and the guy wants to come back to look at the job and measure.
Ummm, wasn't that what you were here for the 1st time?!?!?!?!
He says oh, okay, get back to you with numbers in a week.
3 weeks pass by AGAIN and they call us asking how everything is going.
WTH?
I would never call them back for ANYTHING.
