Ok I need some help ladies
I have totally forgotten how to see if you are o-ing. Is the cervix low and spongy......I'm getting frustrated and it's only the 1st month of TTC........ I guess I'll go to the library

I believe your cervix is high, open and wet when Oing.

S=soft
H=high
O=open
W=wet
