book help please
other than what to expect when you're expecting....any recommendations on good reads? i'm looking for more about ttc hints / foods to stay away from.
figure now is the time to change my diet and get my body moving!

Taking Charge of Your Fertiflity is great if you want to know all about your cycle and temping, etc.
As far as diet, there is a new cookbook out, I don't remember the name of it but if you google fertility cookbook i'm pretty sure it will come up.

As far as diet, there is a new cookbook out, I don't remember the name of it but if you google fertility cookbook i'm pretty sure it will come up.

There are so many good ones! ITA with Taking Charge. There's a good one called "Before Your Pregnancy" that I made DH read.
