Update on the cleaning service....

Those of you may remember my 'not so pleasent' post about the Maid Brigade. Unfortunately I can't update on that original post, since it's been pulled!!

However.. I thought I would update to tell how the situation resolved itself.

The Maid Brigade agreed to send a team back to the house to do another round of cleaning. The people they sent back admitted that whoever came the first time around didn't do a sufficient job at all. However- by the time these two left the place really was immaculate! It's unfortunate it wasn't done to our liking the first time- but when all was said and done we were very satisfied and it was handled very well after we complained. They were VERY good about sending a team back, no questions asked.

Just thought I'd give the update since we were disappointed at first but ended up very pleased, with a clean house to boot!

Re: Update on the cleaning service....

Great update but a shame it couldn't be done right the first time.

They never called me back from a week ago so I am going to check out local girls instead.

Thanks for the update and glad it worked out for you
