haha it's totally down the middle. i voted laptop because you can spend a vacation with DD anywhere as long as the three of you make the most of it :) a laptop is an investment and if you take care of it, will last you so much longer :)

Even though I love vacations especially cruises, I would pick the laptop. A 3 day cruise is so short.
It also depends on your DC personality. Last year we went to Ocean City when DS was 5.5 months and it wasn't fun at all. I don't think DS would do good on a cruise and the whole vacation would probably be stressful. So, I would pick the laptop.

I vote the Mac laptop because it is the most incredible laptop ever! Could you do that and take maybe a day cruise to Bahamas? I saw them out of Ft. Lauderdale, right by Las Olas.

After going on a cruise last summer with a 6yo and a 3yo, I vote laptop.....  
I went on a cruise in December with a 2 1/2 year old and a 13 month old..... I also vote laptop!!
