I usually take it 1 to 2 times a day when AF leaves up until O.

this is my first month using Mucinex. i started on CD14 bc i decided to try last minute. i really don't see the need to start any earlier than ur fertile window bc it's not like it's not going to do it's job when u take it, KWIM?
I take 2 a day, one with lunch and my prenatals and one right after dinner so it has some time to work before we BD.
