af question
I just noticed I got my after at 2 pm.do I count today as CD 1 or since it was late in the day is tomorrow cd1?

well if it is a full flow then I would count today as cd1

I am to totally confused. I came off the pill in December (like an idiot I stopped the pill after day 7) and I spotted several days later and then got my first period three weeks later on December 28. I got my next period which was January 25 (28 days and ovulated on Day 14). That is normal for me before I got on the pill. So this cycle which started January 25 was only 26 days and I ovulated day 16. Which makes my luteal phase only 10 days. Is this normal. What do you girls think? AHHHH!
Also, I am convinced I ovulated on CD 14 (which was a much bigger drop than cd 16 (that is the date ff gave me as and o date). Do you agree? Then my lp would be fine.

Your cycle could be a little off when coming of BCP. CD1 is counted as the 1st day of "real" AF, not spotting.HTH
