Long Island Housing Partnership
Does anyone know what contractors they use ?? I want to check out some websites to see what they can do. we might be buying a house using the rehab money to do kitchen and bathroom.

I believe you can choose a contractor but has to be licensed and insured.

They recommend that you use some of theirs because theyw ill not get paid for a couple months.
