What is going on??
So i got my  on CD14 and usually i get a negative the next day (i always keep testing til negative in case i have delayed O)
I tested this morning (CD15) and its
Whats really confusing is my temp spiked this morning 
So did I O? Should be stilll BD??
Any thoughts or insight much appreciated!!My Chart

With a spike like that I would think that you Oed. With that being said, I would still bd today and until you get a negative OPK just for precaution. HTH!

Thanks - i guess we should BD just in case. I dont know much about LH so not sure if it can stay in your system for a while
This TTC can be so confusing
