Did anyone read...
What to expect BEFORE you are expecting??? If so, any thoughts on it?? I'm looking for a book discussing nutrition, some advice about exercise do's and don'ts and other general "getting ready for baby." I already read Taking Charge of Your Fertility so not looking for another guide like that.
Any thoughts on this book or another you would recommend?
Thanks girls!

What to Expect Before You're Expecting is much different than TCOYF IMO. I think it sounds like exactly what you're looking for! I liked it.

Re: Did anyone read...
i didnt read anything before i got a positive. It was just always something I was scared to learn about.
Once I found out I was pregnant I bought a million books and started reading tons! i didn't read any of the delivery parts though because I was still scared of that part.
I stopped reading everything now. I can't wait to be able to try again.

Re: Did anyone read...
I read it -- thought it was ok but honestly i didnt learn much. Most of the stuff in there i already knew because of this site
There was a good deal of info on nutrion -- but mostly stuff you already know to do. If you can borrow from the library i would say do that instead of wasting $$ on the book.
