Question?
I have a quick question. Last Sunday, I started having symptoms of a UTI (burning). On Monday I was spotting very light pink - only on the toilet paper for about 1 or 2 days. I finally went to the dr cuz I had really bad abdominal pain. They put me on antibiotics on Wed.
Here's where my confusion begins. I stopped the pill on day 7 after starting the pack. I got my period 3 days later. My husband and I have started actively trying. Since I stopped my pill this way, I am not sure I ovulated this month. I tried an ovulation kit, but couldn't do it for 2 days in the middle of my ovlation time. So that is no help!
Anyway. my question is. Do you think I was spotting cuz of the UTI or cuz maybe it is implantation bleeding?
Sorry it is very complicated!
Thoughts?

I think you probably started spotting because you stopped taking the pill without finishing the pack. I once stopped taking the pill in the middle of the pack and had spotting on and off for the whole month...it was so annoying

ITA with this.
I'm pretty sure its why they recommend waiting until you are done with a pack before stopping the pills
