smell spin off...help
I made potato pancakes last night and the house smells of fried potatoes. It's not a bad thing, but you can smell it as soon as you walk in.
Our house is on the market, we get about 2-3 showings a week and we are lowering our price tomorrow, so I think we will get quite a few more showings.
Should I open all the windows tomorrow (it's supposed to rain ) to try to get it out or is there anything I could do to try to eliminate the smell.

I like to simmer mulling spices on the stove...it kicks out the 'bad' odors while leaving the house smelling yummy (& rather quickly too!).

I put some cinnamon in a pot of water to simmer. I smells really good and it doesn't take too long. Try that along with opening the windows.
