When to start OPK
Good morning all:
My cycles are between 30-33 days. When do yo suggest starting OPK? It's day 6 for me today. Thank you.

I would start on CD10, I have the same cycle more or less and I usually O around CD17 (At least that is what the OPK is saying)
If you only have a 7 day one, start around CD13 then

The instructions in the OPK box will tell you. My cycles vary so to be safe I started on CD 10...but i would check the instructions
Good luck! I found using them less stressful than not using them!
