Modular Homes
Has anyone bought land and put a modular home on it? wondering how the taxes work and permits and if its worth it...

My in-laws have done that and my bil - I know they went through a lot in regards to permits, but it was more dependent on their individual towns AND the plans and size of the house they wanted to put on it.
