Provera and Clomid

Ok I have some questions for ya!

I recent went to the doc b/c i have not gotten a visit from AF for 3 months now and we are TTCing =)

I am def not pregnant as confirmed by a blood test yesterday. My doc prescribe provera for 1-4 days then 5-9 of clomid....
Has anyone done this before?

Is it a "fake" AF. I was going to call the doc and ask her but i wanted to know after the "fake" AF comes we should start trying again right?

I was also told to get the clearblue easy monitor (200 ) I am going to get it b/c I am soooo irregular and it will take the guessing out of it for me! I have been using OPKs and the line never gets dark for me and it was driving me crazy testing every day! SO that is now on order

So any clomid/provera users? Does the meds make u sick? Thanks ladies!!

I can only tell you about Provera. After going off BCP, AF came about six weeks later. I then went about six months with no AF. My doctor prescribed provera for a full 10 days. AF arrived around day eight. I didn't have any unusual symptoms.
