I think we are closing FRIDAY!!

We got a verbal clear to close but we are waiting on it in writing from our lender (we had to get PMI due to the appraisal value being a little lower than the purchase price - so just waiting on that to get approved)...Looks like we'll be closing FRIDAY!

It feels VERY surreal - I guess b/c we didn't make arrangements to get down there for the closing yet - so it still feels very "up in the air"......

I'm starting to get nervous though....not panicking - but I am questioning myself a little....did this happen to anyone else?

I think it's mostly b/c we are moving out of state and I *think* we'll be leaving 9/20 it just feels like everything is happening so fast and I'm getting a little overwhelmed....and kind of second guessing myself - I am hoping we are doing the right thing and hoping we are buying the right house (a little late to worry right!?!?)

I didn't even give my job notice yet....waiting until tomorrow - I want to know we are def closing before I say anything....

Did anyone else move OOS and feel this way? Or just feel this way in general about buying a house?

i think its only natural to feel the way you do!

dont second guess yourself!! you know youre making the right decision and the house is BEAUTIFUL!!! good luck!!! and just think: no snow!!!!!
