So over the Maryanne storyline and over Sookie gasping and screaming all the time.
Pam and Eric talking about the kids had DH and I rolling. And when Jason called the town a bunch of rednecks and idiots.
I was worried I wasn't going to like Evan Rachel Wood as Sophie Anne but I loved her! I thought she was pretty similar to how she is in the books - aloof, disdainful, manipulative, and still somewhat childlike (cheating at Yahtzee?!?!)
And I'm glad Hadley was the human consort and Sookie's cousin. Wonder if that story line will progress next season.

When I saw this post early- I was like how did the OP see it before anyone else!?! 
Definitely a weak episode, but at least they didn't cut it short like the last one.
I was on the fence about Evan Rachel Wood as Queen Sophie Ann, too, but am pleasantly surprised. I thought she did a pretty good job.

Agreed! She's seen the black eyes before, why should Lafayette's black eyes make her scream like that? She is the one I like the least on the show, she really needs acting lessons or something.
I felt so bad for Jessica! I'm surprised he turned on her that quick. I hope they make up when this is all over. But that was pretty funny that his mom liked it!

I normally have so much to say about true blood, but I feel like nothing really happened last night. I know that they were setting up the last episode and maybe even next season by introducing the Queen and Hadley...but I was bored.

Exactly.. had no idea where they're going with that one.
yeah, this episode was weak, but hoping they make up for it.
I personally thought Evan Rachel Wood was horrible - i don't know if its her acting or the way it was directed but i thought she sounded like a really bad amateur actress reading her lines.
I don't really get the character yet (haven't read the books), but her acting just ruined it for me.

This was such a boring episode! I kept looking at the clock hoping it was almost over. Erik did look hot in his suit though.
I have a question for those of you who have read the books. Did they explain the hierarchy of the vampires...like what makes a vamp a sheriff v. the queen, etc.? I was just curious if someone can explain that.
