When you first went off the pill TTC....
...how long did your first period last?
And what happened if your first period extended to your CDs?
**Just a little info, my Dr. informed me that with the BCPs I'm on, I'm all set to start trying in the first month I'm off the pill. She said I would be most fertile then.

Everyone is very different. I am not sure of your question. CD 1 is the first day of your AF....so it doesn't matter how long you have AF..it just counts as a CD...

ITA. Your cycle starts the first day you get your period (red flow). That is CD1 and you just keep counting until you get your next period (or a + HPT).
Some women have reported that their first cycle off BCP was "normal" (about 28 days), some were short like 21-23 days, and some were very very long (like 50+ days). It really just depends on your body.

My first cycle off BCP was about 57 days. 
On my second cycle now and have a feeling it's going to be another long one.

I came off of Loestrin Fe and not only did AF come on time, but it has been dead on since and it lasts 7 days on the button, with a normal 28 day cycle. HTH

I'm in my 2nd cycle off BCP. My first cycle was the same as if I were on BCP except I had spotting for 2 days before AF came (CD1) and it lasted 1 day beyond what it did when I was on the pill. So far my 2nd cycle seems to be on track as well (knock on wood). I am pretty sure I O'ed right on schedule.

i still havent gotten a real AF since going off on may 1. i got it right after i stopped the pill like normal clockwork - it was like 4 days medium flowish. then she didnt come again for 80ish days so i took provera to bring her on. but that doesnt solve the problem so i havent gotten a real one yet.

I was referring to CD 14-ish... around or when I would ovulate. I guess we would just have to hunker down and BD when my period was here if that was the case (I originally went on BCP because I had such a wacky unpredictable period)

I had a 30 day cycle - AF lasted 4 days and has lasted 4 days every cycle since...

after i went off the pill...my cycle was a bit off (i was always regular an on time before the pills).
my cycle before the pill was 30 (same on the pill)...and after 32-36 with af lasting 6 days always
