Goodbye Restoration Hardware Roosevelt Field
I didn't know you were leaving but I am sad to see you go. I will miss you. I guess I won't be able to see anything in person anymore.

Re: Goodbye Restoration Hardware Roosevelt Field
what a shame! to increase sales they really should lower their prices (at least online). the quality of their items are decent but DOES NOT warrant the hefty price tags.

We went there to look at beds and wound up buying one from them. I don't even know if there is another one anywhere around.

The closest one to you would probably be the outlet at Tanger but there are regular stores in Manhattan, White Plains, and Nyack, and a few in NJ., but I don't know if any of those are closing too, since RF is still on the website.
EDITED- It isn't closing, it's moving! article link
But in this article it talks about Apple moving into the old space, doesn't say that Restoration Hardware is moving.

Re: Goodbye Restoration Hardware Roosevelt Field
The latest catalog I received said they closed the Roosevelt Field store and we can still order online...I am sure it wouldn't have said it was closing if it was just relocating within the same mall.

Boooooo!!!! Now there are none in the area.
ETA - kinda off topic, but did you get the recent email from PB with their new items? I feel like the pricing is lower than normal. RH should do the same!

The Apple Store is moving, not Restoration Hardware.

I was at that mall the other day and it's getting ickier and ickier by the day. It's like swiss cheese and I saw J Jill went out too. It's sad b/c of the economy and the fact that so many stores are out and they are renting the spaces to temporary stores. Reminds me of the source now.
I used to love Belle shoes.

Have you ever been to the Westchester Mall?
Lovely place with no trashy gangster wannabes walking the halls

DH and I love the Westchester and go every couple of months. It's a nice drive up and the mall is beautiful! It has some of the higher end stuff you would find at Americana with regular mall shops.
I just posted yesterday on Fashion that The Limited closed in RF. I used to be in that location all the time. So sad to see so many empty stores.
