Finally uploaded pics of some new home decor...
We've been slowly getting stuff done around the house and I finally uploaded some pics so I figured i'd share all in one post.
PB wall easel over sofa in LR
New plant in hallway (and mirror which isn't hung yet and may or may not stay)
Put up shelving in office for books
Photo frame collage in foyer (still need to add pictures to most of the frames)
Wall decor in foyer... still need a foyer table for underneath
Bamboo blinds (which were in guest room) put up on DR window
New white wood blinds and new carpet in nursery
ETA: I'll take more pics of the whole look of the living room with the wall easel when we put photos in the frames. We're in the process of getting the photos printed.

we actually got our foyer table from target, it's really nice and the exact color we were looking for (espresso).

Thanks! Ok here's how we did it...
Once we had all the frames we wanted to put up (so we thought), I laid them out on the floor in a few different configurations.
When DH measured out the length of the stairway from top to bottom I realized pretty quick that we needed a lot more frames to fill the wall. We decided to add frames we already had lying around the house so I had to go back to the drawing board and make some more configurations on the floor (using the length DH gave me). I may have more pics of the other set-ups with the additional frames I did on the floor, but i'll have to check when I get home tonight.
Once I had the perfect set up I brought each frame down to DH one by one (or two by two) so I didn't forget where the next ones went. I also took a picture of the final set up so DH could see it on the viewfinder before he placed them up. Before he placed each frame up he measured an inch (or two) in between each one so they are all spaced out evenly.
It wasn't easy b/c some of the frames had those annoying hooks 1/4 of the way down the frame so in stead DH used nails and just hung the frames on the nails (not using the hooks already attached on the back of the frame. I hope that makes sense!

Wow it looks great!! Can you come to my house to decorate? Where did you get your bamboo shades? They would work great in my DR & possibly stop the dogs from barking at every little thing that passes the house. Thanks.
