nope!! my parents own a garden center so i grew up planting flowers and stuff... now i don't touch them!
luckily we bought our house from ILs, and FIL is too cheap to buy annuals every year, so all of our beds are nice perenniels- some of them get flowers and look really nice, AND i don't have to do any real work!

We were lucky to buy a house from a landscape designer - so most of our flowers are perennials...but I do buy a few flats to add here and there - but there is always a perennial blooming in our yard from March - November - they are great

I grew-up in the garden with my mom.... so I am fairly good at gardening.... we live in an apartment though  So, all of our gardening is still at mom's house!

What do you have in your landscape?Shrubbery? Rock garden?
I inherited a slightly negelcted garden. I tried to clean up some of it and leave other things, so it's not the most well designed. I have added annuals in the past to fill in holes, but I am trying to put more perennials in.

I just go some pansies this year to fill up a new planting bed. Otherwise, no flowers for us either.
I love the ease of playing with foliage colors as my flowers.
DH is not big on flowers.
This year I did get some rhododendrons and hydrangeas as "colors".
I love my evergreens, hostas, coral bells, etc...

I only do a few potted/hanging baskets and the rest are perennials

I'm afraid to start a flower garden because I am allergic to everything. I don't feel that we can afford to have a professional do it, at least not the way I would like it. We have some potted floral plants.

The only flowers I do are 5 hanging baskets that hang off the deck and 2 flower boxes that are part of the benches on the deck.

I have no interest in planting them at all. The previous owners actually had so much planted around the house and walkways that we moved in with a 2 foot strip of dirt around everything. Finally this year I planted grass. That's as far as I'm going.
