cbefm peak and dpo?
I only use the CBEFM. No tracking, temping, etc..
After three high days, on Saturday i recieved the peak, as well as peak on Sunday. What day do i count as 1DPO?

Sunday would most likely be the day you o'd so Monday would be CD1
