What could these symptoms mean?
I pulled BOTH sides of my neck muscles while sleeping last night so that has been bothering me all day. Just since I have been home, the left side of my chest is killing me (above my boob  )
when I lean forward, I feel a sharp pain and my LEFT arm is numb and tingling from the elbow up
Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

My chest muscles get inflamed sometimes and they hurt to the touch but I also get the stabbing pain when I lean down.
Likely your muscles are all inflamed and pushing on the nerves to creat ethe numbness! Hang in there!!!!!

I agree that it's the pulled neck muscle- in my non-MD opinion of course 
I was in a car accident some years back and suffered from whip-lash and a herniated disk. I had numbness in the hands, but no nerve damage (had an EMC). Pinched nerves in the neck can definitely cause numbess.
Heat packs and massage will definitely help. Do you have one of those heating pads that you can microwave and put on your neck.

stephanie i had the EXACT same thing happen to me while PG - down to the arm numbness and tingling.
i honestly think it's because all of our joints and ligaments are looser, so we are more prone to hurting ourselves.
i never went to the dr, though i probably should have... but it went away after a few days and i was fine. i hope you feel better soon.

probably just a strained muscle. its happened to me before. feels like im having a heart attack b/c it gets hard to breathe..but its just muscle spasms.
get some bengay on it or some heat!
