need some opk help
i just read the instuctions .. it says to do it between 10am and 5pm and the best time is 12pm... how do you do this at work and wait 3 min in the bathroom after you are done?? then it says leave for 10 min if u get a negative result .. i work in a small office and the bathroom is in the middle of the showroom... i get out at 5pm and i am home within 5 min do you think its too late when i get home?

i would do it when you get home. just don't use the bathroom for 3-4 hours before you plan on testing with the OPKs. and don't drink too much either or you will dilute your urine.

Actually, 2-8 pm is the best time to use an OPK, so your timing will be perfect!

that's what i thought but i didn't want to say b/c i wasn't 100% positive.

What about peeing first thing in the morning? (7:00 a.m) - i know it said it wasn't ideal, but what if thats the only time i can do it?

Do it at home, a few minutes won't make a difference as long as you test at the same time each day.

it's better than nothing - but you might miss your surge. LH is metabolized by the body during the day so it is best detected in the afternoon and early evening. if you test that morning you won't have surged yet and if you test the next day you might miss the surge.
